Managing organisation culture is instrumental in ensuring that a company's objective is understood and implemented by employees. however due to globalisation challenges, financial institutions seek business expansion in the foreign countries through direct foreign investment and aggressively establishing subsidiaries. As a result, they face to multicultural challenges. Cultural diversity has become one of the important challenges that an international company can face because culture affects attitudes, approaches and perceptions of people .
