dc.description.abstract | The construction projects concerning roads is on the rise in Kenya and generally Nairobi County. Nevertheless, management of road construction projects has become one of the main glitches in Nairobi County, Kenya. As such, this study aimed at establishing the influence of monitoring and evaluation on road construction projects in Nairobi County, Kenya. The objectives of this study were to; to determine how stakeholder participation influence monitoring and evaluation of road construction projects in Nairobi County, Kenya, to establish the influence of budgetary allocation on the monitoring and evaluation of road construction projects in Nairobi County, Kenya, to assess the influence of level of training on the monitoring and evaluation of road construction projects in Nairobi County, Kenya, and to determine how logical framework influence monitoring and evaluation of road construction projects in Nairobi County, Kenya. This study adopted a descriptive survey design. This study focused on projects in Nairobi County and targeted 104 employees. A semi structured questionnaire involving both open and closed inquiries was utilized to gather information. The study involved utilizing 10% of the specimen estimate which constitutes 10 representatives was utilized for the pilot ponder. Validity and reliability were also tested in this study. In carrying out analysis of data, the researcher utilized of inferential statistics and descriptive statistics. | en_US |
