dc.description.abstractThe relative bioavailability of two brands of chlorpropamide, Dibonis ™ , ant Diabinese TM has been evaluated in four healthy male volunteers in a randomized balanced, cross-over study. No statistically significant differences were observed in the absorption rate constant, ka, time 10 reach peak serum concentration, tp maximum serum concentration, Cmax' the overall elimination rate constant, kel and the area under the curve, AUC, at 95% confidence level.en
