The effects of 30% and 60":6 Urografin at excretion urography are studied in 200 adult patients routinely sent for this examination in the department of diagnostic radiology, Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH). Although no major reaction was met, 14% of the patients showed some signs of reaction. The incidence of reactions was greater with 60% than with 30% Urografin; 81% of patients showed elevation of pulse rate, the magnitude being greater with 60% than with 30"A> Urografin. Major blood pressure variations occurred more with 30% than with 60% Urografin.en
