dc.description.abstractThe study investigated the relationship between organizational learning and performance improvement within the context of Kenyan commercial banks. The study was conducted through an empirical research design; a survey method was employed and the study population comprised all the 43 commercial banks in Kenya. Data was collected by means of a self-administered questionnaire. The data was subsequently analyzed using quantitative techniques of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The study found that there is a positive relationship between organizational learning and organizational performance. The study also provides a better understanding of the state of organizational learning within commercial banks in Kenya.en
