dc.description.abstractStudy aimed at elucidation of the incidence andaetiology of early childhood acute gastroenteritis in Kenya was undertaken. Included among areas of study were the distribution of the aetiological agents in time, place and by age and sex, the role of animals, if any,as reservoirs of viral agents, the contributory factor of bottle-feeding to the aetiological as-ents and some clinical characteristics relative to the aetiological agents.en
