dc.description.abstractSixteen patients with combined gastric and duodenal ulcers have been treated by vagotomy with drainage. In all sixteen there was radiological evidence of healing of the gastric ulcer at 1 year after the operation. When last seen, 1—4 years after operation, fourteen of the sixteen patients were symptom-free.en
