At the methodology level, the researcher collected data and analysed them. The aim here is to investigate in all objective manner and gather necessary data using various data col lection techniques to arrive at a useful conclusion. In the presentation and interpretation of significant facts ~n the tables, the researcher deduced that there was relationship between percentage change in price over initial and the percentage number of cases of vehicles requiring repair and service. The higher the percentage change in price, the lower the percentage number and service. The literature review reveals that there was no relationship between percentage shortfall of funds and percentage number of cases of vehicles requiring repair and service.
