This study sought to examine whether certain pre-entry characteristics of M.B.A students can help distinguish betwen eventual successful and unsuccessful academic perfomance in the first year.The variables sected were sex,marital status,nationalit,sponsor,Degree Class,First Degree and the number of years that have elapsed since the First Degree.
