The research findings were drawn from the interpretation which has been used to make conclusions and recommendations presented in chapter 4 and 5 of this research project report. The study findings and recommendations will help the government in identifying challenges facing women in implementation of development projects not only in Nakuru Diocese but across the country therefore come up with measures and strategies which will improve women involvement in implementation of community development projects. To the academicians, the findings provide knowledge into improving involvement of women in community development projects but also in sustainable development in general. The findings will be an eye opener to the women in WISDU as it will help them recognize importance of their involvement in community development projects. Finally, the findings will help to increase the Diocese's understanding on factors influencing the involvement in community development projects and therefore institute mechanisms of uplifting women involvement in community development projects in WISDU and across the Diocese.en_US
