dc.description.abstractKenya Commercial Bank is one of the largest Financial institution in the country having over 256 outlets countrywide. There is one or more full time branches in every District and has one of the highest growth rates in establishing new Branches. This has necessitated the Bank to computerise fully their daily operations to enable high efficiency in serving their esteemed customers. One of the major Departments which ascertain the computerised work reaches to all the outlets on specific allocated time is the Transport Department within Finance and Administration. however this Department has been faced by a lot of problems in controlling the ever increasing processed fleet of vehicles which transport the work from Computer center to the entire Branches Countrywide on daily basis. Hence the need to introduce vehicle management system to support in monitoring the overall performance of each vehicle independently.en
