This study was conducted to establish the globalization strategy in pharmaceutical companies in Kenya. The study had two objectives to achieve: to establish the extent to which globalization strategy has impacted the performance of pharmaceutical firms in Kenya and to find out the challenges that globalization possess on the performance of the pharmaceutical firms in Kenya. The research involved all the pharmaceutical firms in Kenya that are registered by the pharmacy and poisons board. The research design involved a descriptive survey of all registered pharmaceutical firms in Kenya. Data was collected using questionnaires that were administered through drop and pick later method. The findings were presented in tables. The study established that most of the pharmaceutical companies had been in existence for several decades. In addition, the study indicated that globalization strategies have been of great benefit to the pharmaceutical industry. It was also clear that globalization has posed its own challenges to the pharmaceutical industry. Further research on the same study can be done in other countries to establish whether the concept of globalization strategy in other countries is able to yield the same effect on performance.en
