dc.description.abstract | The project presents the findings of a study on women participation in the clothing industry through E-Commerce in Nairobi City County. The study was carried out in Nairobi city County. The study aimed at examining the role and experience of women in using E- Commerce in the clothing industry in Nairobi. The study further analyzed the knowledge and attitudes of women in the clothing industry through E-Commerce in Nairobi. The study used a cross-sectional and exploratory research design. Random Sampling was be used to select the sample population from women participating in the clothing industry through E-Commerce in the four main locations (Langata, Hurlingham, Runda and Kasarani). The major study findings were that women felt empowered using E-Commerce and over half of the respondents said they anticipated participating in selling clothes online in the near future. | en_US |
