dc.description.abstractMaelezo haya yakumbatana na ujuzi wa miaka mingi ya kuuliza maswali kakita marketing Research na vile vile maswali kuhuziana na maswali yanayohusu nyumba za mapato madogo (low cost housing). Na ni maoni yangu kwamba kuuliza maswali mtu ukumbwa na matatizo yaliyo sawa kila wakati. Hata kama ni maswali ya aina gani. Maelezo yafuatao yaeleza tu kama kielelezo njia ya kuuliza maswali wala sio sheria. Karibu kila savei watakaoulizwa huchaguliwa mbeleni kwa kutumia kisheria (sampling method). Masociologists huwachagua watakaoulizwa bila kuwajua hapo mbeleni. Halafu hupeana lisiti ya nyumba au watu watakaoulizwa maswali na muulizaji. Kwa muajibu wa science ni lazima watu au nyumba ambazo zimechaguliwa ziulizwe au waulizwe watu wale wale. Ni kazi ya mtu anayeuliza kuwapembeleza watu ili wajibu maswali anapowakuta huko nche.
