dc.description.abstractThe study explored the relationship between perceived social support and relapse proneness amongst recovering addicts in drug rehabilitation centers within Nairobi County. A sample of 50 participants was drawn from different drug addiction treatment and rehabilitation centers located in Nairobi County. Multidimensional perceived Social Support Scale (MPSS) (zimet et al, 1988) was used to measure perceived social support and relapse proneness respectively. The study population was the rehabilitees of sample (6) rehabilitation centres in Nairobi county.
