dc.description.abstractThis study sought to determine factors that influence implementation of e-banking in commercial banks in Kenya with reference to Kenya Commercial bank Limited. The study was guided by the following objectives: to determine the influence of environmental factors on the implementation of e-banking in Kenya commercial banks, to assess the influence of organizational factors on the implementation of e-banking in Kenya commercial banks, to analyze the extent to which technological factors influence the implementation of e-banking in Kenya commercial bank, and lastly to evaluate the influence of strategic factors on the implementation of e-banking in Kenya commercial bank. The study embraced a descriptive research design and 470 representatives of Kenya Commercial Bank stationed at head office in Kencom House along Moi Avenue. An aggregate number of 141 respondents were inspected through stratified random sampling design. The study gathered both primary and secondary data. Primary data was gathered utilizing semi-structured questionnaire while secondary data was from past published scholarly articles. Descriptive analysis was utilized to analyse the Primary information and yield given in type of weighted means, standard deviation, relative frequencies and rates. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences computer program was utilized for investigation to create information cluster that would be utilized.
